We called Rich’s AC in the late afternoon after arriving home from being out of town for several days. Our air conditioning wasn’t working, and the house was 85 degrees.
Wil and Dawson were incredible, working tirelessly to find the problem and make sure we didn’t spend the night without air conditioning. (They worked diligently until 9 p.m. on our unit.) Rich’s AC serviced our AC unit since we bought our house in 2019. When it came time to replace it’ we got a bunch of quotes from AC installers (Rich’s quotes we by far the best), Will our rep, set up our installation scheduled for both a new efficient house AC and a Split mini system for our sunroom,
Will and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation on both unites within one day, Their installation work was flawless and by evening both units were running smoothly. Will spent quite a bit of time explaining how our new systems worked, setting up the Wi-Fi App to control them and answering very question we had. The crew did a great cleaned up when they were through. Ben inspected all the installation work done and the cleanup and the systems inspections went off without a hitch! Great work ethic and professionalism seen throughout then project, We know we made then right choice with Rich’s AC!
I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the service I have been given by Rich’s Irrigation Cooling and Heating. My A/C went out on Monday early morning around 2:00am.
I have bronchial asthma and can’t breathe well without A/C, so it woke me up. I called my Property Management Co and they asked Rich’s to come out that day. They did and found a part that needed to be replaced. Tuesday at 5:30pm I had Air!

Rich’s AC recently came out to diagnose an issue with my six-month-old HVAC system, which the builder had claimed was operating properly. Upon inspection, Ben and his team discovered several components had been incorrectly wired, resulting in significantly higher energy costs.

When speaking Will, Ben, and Dawson I could easily tell they were incredibly skilled, honest, and detailed. Especially with sizing of the new unit. They thoroughly helped me understand operation of the unit after install and updated settings for our humid region. They are there to help long term and did an amazing job! Install was seamless and thorough.

We were lucky enough to find Rich’s when we need our Air Conditioning unit serviced. They are professional and thorough, without adding on fees and services we don’t want or need. Our technicians are always so respectful of our home. Tim and Dawson were our technicians this past visit and they kept up the great level of service we have come to expect.
It’s been my pleasure to have had Rich and Rich’s Irrigation Cooling & Heating taking care of ou HVAC system for the past 10 years. Every year they get us on their schedule quickly and do a very thorough inspection and maintenance of our a/c and furnace. This year, Will took care of our system. He texted us when he was on his way and when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and then he did it. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and he had some great side-stories. Will has done the work on our system the last couple of years and it has been running great. I’ve always been impressed with Rich and all of his technicians, and I plan on using them whenever there’s something that needs to be done with our a/c and furnace.

My Experience
Representative Mr. Ben Moore was informative, knowledgeable, and, skilled at his trade. Almost like a ” Magic Wand” he planed and executed the installation of the a/c unit. For example:
1. Prepriration was done electronically, contract , invoice , and payment.
2. Installation of the a/c unit was planned and supported with temporary portable units to keep the house cool.
3. Installation was completed within the time promised.
4. Lastly, a warranty was issued and delivered.
Now, the price was absolutely fair and reasonable for the current market value. The company has proven to me that it values their customer’s situation and that business and product standards are part of the staff and management strengths, not just profits!
I’m a general contractor that’s been actively working. In this claremont, winter garden area for over twenty years and Rich’s AC is the only hvac contractor I will use. Our personal unit just went down. As always, extremely professional and prompt service with great pricing. I never have to second-guess them or babysite them. I always have confidence in their job. My AC went out at 8 pm on Sunday. I called Rich’s AC and spoke to Ben. He told me he would dit me in and come out Monday. He did. It wad a capacitor that was needed and had the part in his van.
