About Us

I cannot say enough great things about Rich's AC. Ben and all the employees are fabulous. When you call, someone actually answers the phone!! Ben saved my daughter's bridal shower when the air conditioner had issues the day before. He came right out when I called!! They are prompt, efficient and honest. They come out quickly when called and resolve the issue fast and promptly. I would give more stars if available!!!

We called Rich's AC in the late afternoon after arriving home from being out of town for several days. Our air conditioning wasn't working, and the house was 85 degrees.
Wil and Dawson were incredible, working tirelessly to find the problem and make sure we didn't spend the night without air conditioning. (They worked diligently until 9 p.m. on our unit.) They were honest, professional, patient, and you can tell they took pride in their work. They will definitely be our go-to company from now on. Thank you, Wil and Dawson!

Rich's AC serviced our AC unit since we bought our house in 2019. When it came time to replace it' we got a bunch of quotes from AC installers (Rich's quotes we by far the best), Will our rep, set up our installation scheduled for both a new efficient house AC and a Split mini system for our sunroom,

Will and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation on both unites within one day, Their installation work was flawless and by evening both units were running smoothly. Will spent quite a bit of time explaining how our new systems worked, setting up the Wi-Fi App to control them and answering very question we had. The crew did a great cleaned up when they were through. Ben inspected all the installation work done and the cleanup and the systems inspections went off without a hitch! Great work ethic and professionalism seen throughout then project, We know we made then right choice with Rich's AC!

Tim was very honest and efficient. He explained to me with details the cost of fixing my AC unit. Tim was able to give me an appointment for the next day which it was amazing. I love the honesty of the company.

They’ve come out a few times to fix problems and do routine maintenance. They’re always very nice, thorough, and helpful in explaining how we can help. Would recommend them to anyone!
